01 Introduction & Consent

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

Www444 follows internationally recognized Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. At any time — particularly before large withdrawals — we may request one or more of the following documents:

04 Deposits & Payments

The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits on www444:

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from another person's account will be returned, and the associated www444 account may be placed under review.
• Using an incorrect reference number during a deposit may cause a delay in funds being credited.

05 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from www444:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered to your account and in your own name.
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Complex cases may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation.

06 Betting Rules

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets on www444:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please verify all details before placing your bet.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically 15–30x the bonus amount.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to a maximum odds limit.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Www444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on www444 and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Hacking, manipulation, or the use of any dishonest technical means.
• Arbitrage betting or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a match.
• Depositing funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using malware, bots, or any automated software on the www444 platform.
• Fraudulent behavior or harassment directed at other members.

Www444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If false or incomplete information is provided during KYC verification.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If directed by a court order or regulatory authority.
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or illegal activity is found.

If an account is closed and the user is found to have acted in good faith, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, in cases where a violation is proven, the balance may be forfeited.

• If login credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• If services are disrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.

In all circumstances, www444's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance held in the user's account.

12 Changes to Terms
